Warranty & Service

Contractual Warranty

  • Standard Duration: Warranty for parts and labor for a minimum of 12 months from the date of delivery. For critical components or special requirements, an extension up to 24 months may be negotiated.
  • Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects in electrical, hydraulic, and structural components. Consumables are excluded from the warranty unless otherwise specified in the contract.
  • Remedy Solutions: Depending on the defect level, repairs may be carried out on-site, in the manufacturer’s authorized workshop, or by replacement with an equivalent module/equipment. The decision belongs to the supplier, based on the inspection and root cause analysis.
  • Replacement Parts: All parts replaced during the warranty period are original and benefit from a secondary warranty of at least 6–12 months.
  • Transport: Transport costs to/from the workshop for warranty repairs will be clearly defined in the contract. As a rule, the supplier covers these costs for validated and accepted defects.
  • Commissioning: Provided by the supplier as an extra-cost service.
  • Documentation: Upon delivery, the equipment will be accompanied by technical sheets, ATEX conformity certificate/declaration, operation and maintenance manuals, and other relevant documents.

Formal Defect Reporting Procedure

  • Dedicated form/section for reporting, including serial code identification, photo/video evidence, operational log, and clear response deadlines.
